wtf randomly kicked/banned for 2 mins from PB

i dont hack and didnt edit any of my bf2 files except taht i moved the intro movies into a backup folder. why did i get kicked/banned for 2 minutes by PB? and does this kick save? like a warning and next time im banned for no reason im gonna be banned forever?

Yeah, I just got it too. Too bad it was going to be a banner round, then the screen stops suddenly.

Alot of pb kicking is false alarms, sometimes it can be due to packetloss or the inability to verify the integrity of a file... I wouldn't worry about it unless you hack.

Yup, I got it tonight too, two seperate times on the same server. F'in annoying.

An update from punkbuster may have been issued and your client versions may not have updated. Go here and download the pbweb.exe and put it into the pb folder in the BF2 directory and run the exe. This will manually update your PB.
