EA BF2 website - they gave up already?

Okay, I know the game has been out for a 'long' time now, but a big company like EA should maintain their website. I went to the BF2 links page at eagames.com and some of the links don't even work (most of the ones that do work are complete crap, but that's neither here nor there)

BF2 Information Wiki - parked domain, site hasn't been built yet!
Battlefield 2 Action - no such webpage
BF2.se - gives me some message about DNS servers down
NZBF2.com - no such webpage

Did they just give up once the game came out?

no kidding! it seems like the website was like totally abandoned! :hmm: maybe everybody that was making the game and stuff decided to take a vacation since they finally finished it. Except they need to get back to work now! we should send an email or a complaint...

In regards to the one in the quotes above, they had huge hosting problems, with the load, and the generally crap hosts. It will be down for an unspecified time, Until new hosts are found, and site redesigned.
