Explaine this PunkBuster error

Playing on my favorite server, then disconnected. Given this erorr message.

Does this say that I was kicked from the server for 2 minutes... because I was kicked from the server at an earlier time? ??? wtf? I don't remember ever being kicked from the server I was playing.

Any ideas?

I just got that for the first time, no clue what it is.

I usually means you try to enter server after being kicked before the limit has expired, here 2 mins.
It can also mean you have been banned by the admins of from that particular server.

its a PB issue i have the latest update's jesus i even have an account with evenbalance and its kicked me 3 times today same message.
