Sound cards

I need a sound card but I don't want to spend 75 dollars. I was going to buy a SB live! card for 30 dollars but someone recomended getting a much more expensive Audigy 2ZS isntead. What would be the difference between the two cards? Because, really, Ii dont care about sound quality im just looking for the FPS boost.

The difference is the chip. SB! Live is like say a GeForce MX5200, while an Audigy2 is like a 6600GT.

The Audigy2 is the better card, and BF2 was developed on it. However people on these boards say that Live does an okay job as well. Overall though I would guess the Audigy2 would give you the biggest FPS boost because of its power.
