best way for repair badge?

its the only one i have left to get basic and i suck at repairs. so whats teh best way to get it?

btw is it 10 or 5 pints for it? ive seen differnt things posted

Stick around the commanders stuff and wait for enemy spec ops to blow it up. You'll get it pretty quickly if they have a dedicated Commander-pisser-offer (aka Spec Ops guy).

I second this method. It's how I did it.

that's how i got it on Dalian Plant. luckily nobody had taken the tank at the "uncapturable" chinese base so i just drove around in it fixing the arty, uav and radar. the spec ops guy could do nothing against the tank, i eventually found his hiding spot and finished him off.

Hey speaking of repairing... how come whenever I go into a vehicle it never repairs.. do you always have to get out and do it? i always thought it just did it automatically

Spawn as spec ops, blow up your own commander assets, suicide, spawn as engy, repair. wash, rinse, repeat. 5 repair points.

For the most part you have to get out to repair the vehicle you are in. This changes if you are in a vehicle where you get free hand movement (like the back of the HVM and Blackhawk). In these vehicles you can pull out you repair wrench, like if you were standing next to it. If you get into a vehicle it will automatically repair the vehicles AROUND you, but not the one you are in.

That would be called exploiting. Try getting the badge the RIGHT way. It's not that difficult . . .

The way I did it: Became Commander and artied some people, that is how I got all badges, except the medic one.

the artty trick works good. thats how i got ground and air defense ribbons
. get in it and artty 5 ppl :)

I got mine by repairing an AA, didnt see the driver get out. I kept getting shot at and I repaired until I blew up.
