Jumping up from Prone position

I was playing, and had come across an enemy, and he hits the dirt, and we are facing off from a distance....then I see him jump up while in prone position? At first I thought it was some sort of weird lag, but I started seeing other people do this and it confuses me. Because I can't figure out if they are laying down or actually jumping. While they are in mid-air they appear prone, its very unusual, and throws me off while in a fire fight.

You think they might take care of this?

its easy, what u do is actually reverse from what u thought above

jump and in the air go prone, u sort of errr prone float in the air.. lol just do it and u no what i mean
