Help, please

As most people experience today, i had problems logging on to my account. Finally, after waiting for some time i managed to log on, but much to my dismay i saw that my account was purged of all its' stats, i no longer saw the medals (gold, silver, bronze), ribbons, and badges that i had earned, my rank was back to 0 (private), when i was only 4000 points away from corpal.

I was wondering if there is any possibility to get my statistics back? Is there a way to contact BF2 with me dilema?

Your stats are held at EA.
EA has stated that anyone that is deemed to have had gained there ranks in an inappropriate manner will have there stats reset, is this you?
If not, don't worry, as you may get them back to normal soon.

This happened to me earlier. I just logged out and back-in, and they were back. Its a problem with the server not responding, so the game times out and just puts the default "0000" value for everything, aka, you got nothing.
