    INSERT DISK error

    Can anyone help?

    One of my guys keeps getting "INSERT DISK" error when trying to load the dvd of BF2.

    Getting the CD version is a option and hes already bought a new dvd drive to try and intall it.

    Anyone got any ideas?

      Have him check to see if there are any DVD burning or playback programs installed. If so, he should try uninstalling them. I had a "drive letter copy" utility from the Sonic MyDVD package that was preventing my DVD from being detected.
