I lost my unlock this morning, the news update says to contact http://eatech.custhelp.com. Problem is that isn't an email address, furthermore there doesnt seem to be an email on that support site. So if anyone who lost their unlock has any idea how to contact EA about it, please let me know.

You need to create a Support account from which you can ask them for help. Go to any of the help topics, and then pick the 'My Stuff' tab at the top. Then go on to create a Support account.
The rest is pretty much self-explanitory.

im sure customer service is going to be able to reply to 1.5 million emails and get back to you right away.then confirm the validity of each claim.then adjust each account accordingly...
