Problem Survey - Lets isolate and solve some of our problems

The poll is limited, but it might yield some correlation. Yes, I know the poll is flawed, but high AMD + ATI issues might suggest either nforce or ATI or AMD issues... So they can narrow some problems with hardware.

In 2 weeks I'll develope a PHP application where users can submit their problem with greater options and select a detailed system spec, From driver details to hardware patterns etc. I might impliment some form of auto directx submission.

I will also allow people who have solved particular issues with their computer to post these solutions as a suggestion to people with similar problems on similar setups and see if we can actually tie some of these issues down. Right now they are a jumbled heap of crap and there are about 20 solutions for 40 problems and no-one knows which solves what.

Hopefully the application will help.

I posted amd+nvidia and my issues are everything loosing it texture while playing. I would post screenies but dont rightly know how.

Intel + ATI + Audigy2 = All settings maxed, 60FPS.

ATI hasn't had any issues yet, only Nvidia.

ATI has some issues, but they are easily solved. Nvidia seems to have more issues I agree. Which is odd since it was "built on Nvidia" lol. Ironic if you ask me.

ati and amd = crash to desktop after limited play = unsolvoble at present state. tried EVERYTHING, but rewiting the whole game code

Computer still locks up when I play on Punkbuster servers, 2 BF2 updates and numerous PB updates and it still does it.

Can't even play the game.... I log into a server and 5-10 seconds into it I get
"connection to server....."

Would be REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY helpful if this freakin' game came w/some kinda "LOG" file to see WHY I'm gettin' booted. I was playing fine about 2 weeks ago.. Didnt play for about a week, tried this weekend.. 7-8 servers later I said "screwit, whats the point?"

Tried re-doing PB, even tho I wasnt getting a PB error, and finally said enuff and went to play Eve. Damn game's been nothing but frustration since the first patch. Ran perfect before that..

Intel + ATI Havn't had any major problems, except that I'm kinda getting low performance (i.e. 25-30 FPS) with my x800XL and my system (in my sig) even though it will easily run BF2 on my Med-High settings. I guess its just what map I'm playing because in Songhua Stalemate I get about 80 FPS all the time, but in Karkand, in town, I only get about 30 FPS.

No spyware, no worms, and I defrag about twice weekly and when I play I only have about 22 processes running (plenty of room for my comp)
