So, I'm trying to start a Local Server, so I can practice my Heli skills.
I create a new server, set a password, set Round time limit to 50 minutes, and rounds to 3.
I've tried almost every map (16 to 64 size).
I have no Hardware Firewall, or Software Firewall currently in place.
Antivirus is disabled, and services are stopped.
I even removed my router completely.
PC connected directly to Cable modem.
Update: Now, single player also crashes to desktop!
