Building a computer, anything else needed?

4. Hitachi 160GB SATA II
5. eVGA 6600GT

7. 4x 80mm case fans
8. Thermaltake 90mm CPU cooling fan
9. VANTEC 120mm sleeve HDD cooling fan

Total: 602.92 w/shippin + california taxes

Am i missing anything? Will i need any additional fans or anything of that nature?

Get Socket 939 platform. It maybe costs a little extra, but next time you're upgrading it saves you some money (I sure hope so )

Get A64 3200+ (venice core) and Nforce4 mobo (without SLI). Performance should be about the same, because Socket 939 processors use dual channel memory and have extensions that Socket 754 processors don't. Also, you should get mobo with PCI-Express slot. I think this would be more future-proof choise for you.

maybe get a bigger hdd. i have 250, its good. and you should go with 1gb of CORSAIR XMS dual channeled ram

And as for the HDD, I have an external 80GB HD i can use.

Mine works just fine, I have Asus A8N-E. Haven't seen that happening.

Definitely go socket 939 with a Venice core processor. You can also go dual core in the future. Don't skimp on the memory. Get quality, low latency memory. You will need 2GB for a smooth, high quality BF2 experience.
You may need a better quality PSU as well.

I know you get what you pay for, so around how much is a decent 500W PSU?

And the RAM's Cas latency is 2.5, not low enough?

NForce boards work great. Definitely go socket 939. The 754's are being phased out. I'd get the 3200+ and I'd go with SLI for future expansion. Actually I'd go with and Asus A8N-SLI w/ Athlon X2 4400+, but you'll pay for it.
