The server has refused the connection (with 1.2 Patch)

Hi, i'v bought Battlefield 2 some days ago and i've already installed patch 1.2 and then i was registered, the problems begins... but at the end i succeed to register, with Agnitum firewall (last version) offline and if i want play i must disabile it
But today the error reappear and i won't format...
what is a firewall compatible 100% with battlefield 2?
i shall wait for the third patch?
can i do?
my configuration is:
P4 2.8@2.99 1GB DDR400 POV5900XT@471-680 DSL: Tin.it 1,2MB
and it was work fine with medium details, geometry and terrains high

how long ago exactly did this happen, cuz i am getting it just now. happened many times before. most often caused when gamespy's servers fail...almost certain it isnt your comp

exactly from today
i succeed to registere using myname_mysurname but i won't any more so i created an other account and i had both
today i've deleted both and i tested to register again but the error don't go away
i'v read the top, and the problem could be that i haven't punkbuster?
i think not beacouse until yesterday it worked

no, i haven't gamespy i use for register the registration field on battlefield 2
(one time today, when i tried to register in fact the error was that the server has problem or some thing)
