with how gay EA is and all these server problems, i went to play singleplayer..but i could only have games with 16 people and not all of the maps were there..do i have to beat the singleplayer to get more maps and more people? i was pretty sure i saw a screenshot of a singleplayer game and there was a ton of people in it

You have to edit some files to get more players. Sorry bbuddy I should have the complete answer for you, but don't remember wich files. It is possible.

I think you have to search in the forum for the answers.

You can only play 16 players on single player.

u can tweak some files to get more bots in and open up the larger maps. the only thing is that your bots will be constrained to the 16-player map waypoints, so ur pretty much all on your own in some areas of the larger maps

Co-op with Singleplayer?

Is it true? I read on here you can play coop by joining your buddy in his game using using his ip. But how. I tried with a friend. If I go in singleplayer & start a game, friend tries to joining by going through multiplayer but joining local or internet with the ip that shows in my singlplayer id. We are doing something wrong. Is there really a way to play co-op on singleplayer 16player maps...or was it all hype?

Don't know if it's still possible after the 1.02 patch. However, out of the box coop works. ONe guy starts a singleplayergame and his buddy selects join IP in the multiplayer window.
If either one of you is behind a router or haven't deactivated your antivirus antispyware softwares you might have some trouble....
