Cant connect to account server ??

    Cant connect to account server ??

    Hi

    Ive just tried to play this morning but everytime i get to connecting to account server screen it takes ages and then i get one of two messages :

    Connection Refused

    or

    Database Problem !!

    Anyone help ?
