BF1942-like Gundam game for X360

It'll be an online FPS game like BF1942, according to the article. I really enjoyed Gundam 0083 when I saw it a decade ago, and have always wanted a FPS Gundam game since. It sounds like this game will be set in the Universal Century universe, which means the game will be trying to have a semi-realistic approach.

Well, if the Gundam game is made by a completely new set of developers it might be playable because every Gundam game up to now on any system has been horrid.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a well-made game based on the Gundam universe. It is just that Bandai doesn't have a very good track record with action titles, especially Gundam.

Armored Core is similar to the Gundam thing and very good...

I would play Armored Core all day if it had online play...
Let's hope that AgeTec creates an online version for the XBOX 360 or the PS3.
