Squad name change

I have read many posts about people saying to get a good squad rename it to teamwork or teamplay, I was wondering how you change the name. All i seem to be able to use is the standard Alpha, Bravo, etc etc.

Use manage squad at the bottom of the squad join menu

On the squad screen at the bottom left I believe there's a "Custom Squad" botton.
Click it. Type w/e you need to. Press the "Apply" button and your all set.
