no, its just the emplacement where u sit in and fire. looks like two long tubes with a seat attached

It's surrounded by sandbags and has 2 tubes on it that are green with yellow stripes. It's a fixed AA emplacement used by the USMC. It's also right on the beach in Clean Sweep were the boats are.
