    EA Games US BF2 Forums

So EA decided that BF2 shouldn't have its own official forums, yet they do have forums for BF:MC, which isn't even released yet!

If you go there at least half the posts are BF2 related, I particularly like this one:

To all you people that are yelling this isn't the BF2 for PC forum. Look again. Do you see a BF2 for PC forum? NO. Has BF:Modern Combat for console been actually released yet? I think NOT.
Conclusion: This qualifies as a perfectly good BF2 forum to everyone and yes, also to you.
So if you want to send EA a message, go post at their new Battlefield forums, then maybe they'll listen. If nothing else at least they should find it annoying.

I guess they knew there would be major problems with the release of this game and they didn't wanna alot staff to deal with forum damage control.

        Punks

At least they are fixing some of the things.

What's the point of having a forum and not visiting it/listening to fans (refers to C&C Generals: Zero Hour forum).

Look at the thread in GD

"Is this forum being hi-jacked by PC BF2 players? "

                      ROFL!

well so you all know that is an unadmined message board no one from ea every reads it.
Good luck with poting your complaints there. The best places to get heard are the BF2 UK forums or the support form though neither of which will yield any results as I have experienced first hand on several legitimate issues.

Use the UK forum for now. As long as something is "official", I don't really mind what country holds an official forum. The admins there seem to respond well to the gaming community from my readings.

you see, in the UK they are allowed by consumer law to get a refund from their retailers if their not satisfied with the product .therefore they are forced to listen to the plight of the consumer to keep them happy.
here in the US we have no such consumer protection on software and games cannot be returned or exchanged for anything other than another copy of the same title.
As a result , there is no need to heed our complaints or listen to our opinions as no matter what ,we cant get a refund hitting their bottom line.
                              hence no forums..
