I was pissed at first, then I realzed if I can pull this off I won't have to go far to get a kill, so I out manuvered him and got a head shot after fe had killed many of my teammates.

:laugh: Today, Sunday, I had a similar experience with a guy while playing. I played the USMC and my team was having a horrible time of it. We had no commander and there were actual pleas for someone to take the spot. Being a team player, I gave it a shot. I must say, that Commander is not my favorite position and that I wasn't exactly doing a bang up job. My turn as Commander was made worse by a USMC player who kept TKing me. The guy even switched side so that he could harass me without getting punished for his bad behavior. The way you resolved your teamkiller issue is brilliant. Reading the post mad me feel that I too was getting back at a character who was specifically abusive and playing against the spirit of the game. Thank you very much for your post and if that KillTimRusset clan actually gets started, please count me in.
