Windows Server Setup Help

Hi this is a dumb question but...How do you setup a BF2 server? Do I just need the server files? I downloaded them installed and set it up. I can see the server on BF2 server list, yet I cant connect. Do I need to install the game as well to make the server work? This server would be on a T3 line which I know does not have a firewall port blocking. Any help would be appreciated, also I can start it up and send the IP to anyone will to test it live over aim,yahoo,icq or msn in order to help me get it up and running. My other server runs fine that I have running on a T1 line so I just need someone to help me figure out what Im doing wrong. Thanks for the advanced help.

you dont need the game installed, just the standalone server manager. It will only run on the main IP, there is a way to run it on a secondary IP but I have not figured it out yet.

Thanks, Ill try it again. I dont have access to the main IP all I can do is set it up on a pc thats getting an IP from our DHCP server. I know the main IP though, should I try and put that into the IP field of the BF2 server setup?

Also anyone want to do a live test????

Where do you go about getting the stand alone server manager? I looked all over the Total BF2 place and couldn't find it. could you put down a link?
