to find a good teamwork server

Really, it's a headache : me and my friend always form a squad and trying to do our best for team,
but on public servers it is very rare to find _a team_ at all.

Joining a clan is a good idea, I guess, but in 9 out of 10 clan community
want you to play at least 1 hour a day or so (which is sometimes problematic, when you +20),
and very often it is requested to join a voice-chat server (which is problematic too,
because understand english is quite easy, but we haven't much of a practice in voice-communication, we're russians),
and finally, from what I've seen, most of the clan-games are going on mid-size or large-size maps.

If there are any people, looking for an intense small-sized map combat on a server where teamork is appreciated
and where commander is actually doing his job (not riding in a tank all across the battlefield), say - where do you all play?

I have a server but unfortunately its middle sized.

Its called

Then look for the the server that runs Mashtuur City or Strike at Karkand

At that server i always have fully loaded Black Hawk and on Strike at Karkand always cordinated attacks, with several squads and all armor attacking, with a spec ops + 1 medic and 1 support squad sneaks through the back. the enemy doesnt know where to go, in a couple of seconds USA has surrounded and slaughtered the MEC, the same for the next flag, but mostly a couple of seconds after that comes the MEC's turn and they do the same(slaughter and massive killing)

After that there is a huge battle at the Market <<--->> Hotel area with total war, and very very good orginised squads.

The reason why i think is = players know that 2 super maps stay ( Mashtuur City and Strike at Karkand) and they go work like a warteam, and also a lot of good teamplaying players notice this perfect setting for a orginised war.
