the linbk doesnt work. Its just blank and says done t the bottom of the window. should i try firefox or is the site down?

oh wait i got FireFox and it works fine. Now here is a question. When you look on badges and you go to veteran it displays two bullet points for almost each one. Do you have to have both of them to get the badge or just one?
