Joystick Issue

Ok so the other day i purchase a flight stick, the Saitek Cybord 3D Rumble Force and I am happy with it for the most part except for 1 thing. In game the plane has a tendancy to roll left no matter what i do. I tried recalibration and everything looks fine there but in game same thing every time. I was wondering if this is normal or if there is a solution to this issue i am having.

Its normal, I was told dirt causes this, but I beg to differ as I have opened mine up and cleaned it very thoroughly.

Incase you hadn't guessed, I have the same thing, with the same "problem". I have found if you roll right, or pull hard right, it will go away.

I have/use the Saitek Cyborg EVO and have had the drift problem since BF:V. But it does it in all the BF games.
Saitek released a DeadBander Utility so you can set the deadzones on the stick, it helps some but not perfect.
