All unlocked server. 64ppl on 32ppl map.

I just joined this unranked server. Looks like they got all the weapons unlocked. Low ping for me from CA. Not much ppl in it tho. I notice they are using 32 ppls map but 64 players can join in. Can someone join in so I can test out those weapons? Can't test anything with few ppl. Here is the Ip.
