Ah yes, that's where I got it from and yes that one work just fine for me with 1.02 patch.

Trying this now and hopefully it works. I have to say this "earning" ranks crap is pure horseshit. I could understand it to a certain point, but locking all the weapons down in single player, insane rank ceilings and STILL no mods is pure horse puck....
