Stats aren't updating? Look here!

Be patient. The stats system is still new, and sometimes it will take a while (sometimes days) to update your stats. Stats very, very rarely get "lost". That medal, badge, ribbon, rank, or 400 point round will be uploaded to your stats eventually.

what if you log out during a round or "get a problem with your connection" as Dice likes to call it. Did you still get points/awards earned during the unfinished round ?

Supposedly if you are in the server for more than 5 minutes it will update.

Actually, the only delay in updating my stats, has been 5 hours or so. Never more than that.

Heh, well I spent quite some time on just getting the patch and patched patch to work, so right now I am just glad to be playing.

In a way it´s a shame with the statistics, or a least the solo ones. All the exploiting, stats-whoring ego-maniacs outthere !Q

I know for a fact I have not received stats at least twice. They usually come, sometimes they take a while, but they don't always come.

EA/Dice need to find someone else apart from Gamespy to host the stats server, the servers spend all weekend down! Kinda sucks! Maybe EA should take it in house, at least that way they control what happens! Erm.... maybe thats not such a good idea!

I have an account that NEVER got got uodated so I just quit and created a new account. I HAVE lost 2 ribons and a medal.

I play on known ranked servers only. As soon as the round ends...the stats are ALWAYS there immediately.

It has been my experience that if your stats aren't there within minutes after the round, you will never get them.

Also, I would very much like to know how you guys can determine stats from days ago are being added today for example. How do you tell which one were 2 days agos points and not the points you have been gathering since that day?

Therefore I quell any doubts by playing only at known servers that update within minutes. I have never lost a single point this way unless the server itself crashed before the end. In which case you lose everything from that round.

Lastly, what is the deal with new ranked servers like the community I belong to? We have been up for a week and still the stats aren't working. We even received word from EA that it has been approved...still nothing. How long does it take for EA to pull their heads out of their asses and get these new servers added!!!!!!!?
