If you're really worried about being banned, stop using the account for a bit and email either punkbuster/EA/DICE and tell them. Bugs like this could be exploited.

I joined a ranked server today and saw all my weapons were unlocked. I asked if it was an unranked one, because I've been in an all unlocked unranked server before. Everyone said it was ranked.

I quit and joined another one, to my surprise all of my weapons were still unlocked. I quit again.

I looked in my BFHQ and all the weapons had no lock on them!
