EA stats server was hacked and generally everyone who started an account when the demo was out has full unlocks

I logged in with my Demo Account and there they were.

SO if folks are wondering why they dont have them but have correct ##,###,### thats why.

Guess Ill wait till tomorrow to see if they fix it, tonight Ill blow stuff up with my new "muthafookin Bazooka".

Some might be wordering why they have their weapons unlocked...well its because EA Games has left a backdoor to BF2...what this means is a port left open for hackers to find. Well guess what...a hacker did find it and anyone with identity 400000 to 450000 has all weapons unlocked. Also by leaving this "doorway open", it has come to the conclusion that anyone who owns bf2 has a doorway open and any server company aswell, this is a global issue. Anyone can be hacked by bf2 now... This is not just affecting ranked servers but unranked aswell. EA Claims it will be fixed by morning...but they are unsure. Expect alot more problems to pile up amound the already large list. I cross my fingers and wait for COD2 to come out!

No offense, but you know absolutely nothing about hacking, networking, security, programming... computers at all.

if all of you have been smart and have not started this thread, probably the few of us that had all of the weapons unlocked would still be having it. now ea and dice are trying to fix the problem. thx morons!!!!!!

I played on 2-3 different ranked servers yesterday ( One was the zboad server and I don't remember the others). On all the servers all weapons for each class were alos unlocked.

I thought it was strange. I could see that happening on 1 server that someone hacked ...but multiple servers? Very unusual, but it was fun trying out the differnt kits.

Funny thing is that I have 4 accounts on bf2... *for clan reasons*.. and i only have 1 with the weapon unlocks lol !

I hope that this gets fixed soon, it has ruined what semblance of teamwork there was, everyone is sitting around sniping now with the 50 cal.

I don't know if i'm the only one, but I found myself getting less kills with the unlocked weapons.

From trying out all the weapons yesterday, I hope I can rechoose my weapon unlock.

It's all gone tomorrow, friends. But I did just find this out from my uncle's brother's dad, who knows a guy who doesn't really work for DICE, but he works at a Wendy's near there, and one of the guys who works there buys frostys there, and HE knows this other guy who like totally knows this secret where you can actually LOCK all the weapons except for the pistols, but the pistol gives you one-shot kill, but only if you shoot the other guy in the genitals.
