aircraft roles?

Can someone clarify for me which specifc aircraft perform what roles in this game?

I'm trying to get a list of what each aircrafts capabilities are.. for example..

J-10: Gun/Air2Air
Su-30: Gun/Air2Air/Air2Ground
F-35: Gun/Air2Air

Just complete the list, thanks..

The J-10, F-35 also have atg capability, though their load is lighter then that of the Su-30.
Also, the F-15 and Su-34 for also loaded for bombing and air to air. F-18 is loaded like the J-10 and F-35, has a minimal air to ground load but is geared mostly for air to air.

How do you toggle the A2G ordanance in the J-10/F-18, etc?

I thought A2G was limited to the 2-seater aircraft..

Press the switch weapon button. The fighters only have two bombs though and arent half as effective. Heres a tip, bomb earlier than you think you need to.

Erm...I use a joystick so I'm not sure what the default button to switch to AtG is, but I think F toggles between AtG and AtA. If that doesn't work...1 = AtA 2 = AtG.

I think if you're the back-seater in an F-15E or Su-30/34 you have the ability to drop 5 bombs..

the backseater fires laser guided missiles that lock onto ground enemies... they're 1 shot 1 kill, but ive never had a pilot who is actually mindful to my targetting/firing... cause its not completely fire and forget, but it'll reach its target in about 3 seconds and blow it up... usually the pilot flies how he wants and pays no mind to the fact that i can blow up 16 vehicles with one load and the most he can do is like... well... depends on how lucky he is

It took me a while to find out how to switch to a2g bombs, so if you didn't know how either you weren't the only one!

A good example of a 5bomb jet is the su-34 on clean sweep. Earlier today I got a very good copilot, and as I took very slow attack trajectories towards enemys, they were taken out by the copilot no problem. Of course it helped that the other pilot for the other team sucked and didn't mind that we were taking out all of his team, but for a pilot with the mind of working together with his copilot, the tv guided missles are the best weapons you can have.

1 shot 1 kill. Doesn't get any better

IMO when flying the bomber you have a better chance of owning the other team with your own 5 carpet-bomb than getting a decent co-pilot and line up for his extremly sensitive misile that tends to miss.
I kiled a fully loaded BH and a tank right in the begining of DaQing when it landed to cap the first flag, if I waited for the co-pilot he will either miss or take too long.
