TotalBF2: Squad Proposal

Heya TotalBF2 members,

we all ( or at least most of us) agree that squads are both powerfull, fun but also neglected by most these days.

I often join a server and there ARE 5 squads. I join Alpha, ask for orders....nothing. Leave, join each remaining squad in succession, nothing.
No Squad/teamplay. Just 6 lone-wolfes due to a inattentive squad leader.

My proposal:

Name you Custom Squads Teamplay 1 etc, to mark them as full FUNCTIONING, non-devil-may-care squads.
I tried the last few days with huge success. You attract the right people to your squad, PLUS in case we are in a position where we just joined servers, we can pick the right squad to join right away.

Please discuss, it would make the experience ALL that better. We would have fun, dedicated squads to join.

Good idea. I mostly stick with clan members so if you see a squad called C5 then that would most likely we us playing. We usually stick together and have fun. Nothing to serious.

My solution to the squad dilemma: get some friends or clanmates that play BF2 and get a squad going. This is way better than having a bunch a people who don't know each other trying to work as a team when only one of the squad members have a fully working mic.

I really never join a squad unless its my friends and I, we just custom name our squad to our clan name, lock it up and then start owning. I can't tell you how much a squad of people who know each other in the RL can change the outcome of a round in BF2.
