I'm having problems getting the game to run.. I think it my video card cuz I meet all the requiremets.. The video card is a 128mb and has 4 pipelines so i thunk it has Pixel Shader 1.4, so the only thing that I thing can be wrong is the drivers.. it's new out the box today and I just tryed running the game on it srtaight out the box.. should I update the drivers to Catalyst and will that help..

you need to remove ALL the old drivers first and then install the newest drivers from ati.com
even after that dont expect Bf2 to look really nice. That card still sucks -
How do I get rid off all the old drivers and is the Catalyst Control Center 5.7 the newest drivers..?

edit: I dl. the Catalyst 5.7 Control Center and when I started BF2 it got past the little movie and got to the satic looking screen where your suposed to login.. it freezes there and a series of black screens follow, about 3-4 diff. ones flash on and off and it then kicks me to desctop at the resoultion goes way doen to 640x360 and ATi Catalyst Control Center ask's me to resart my PC to apply new settings..?, anyway I do and when I try it agian it does the same thingComment

Should I dl. the Omega 5.6 drivers and see if they work.. please someone help me cuz I only have like 2 days left to fix it befor I have to bring the game back..Comment

is it a pci? or agp casue if its pci your screwed casue the card doesnt even support DX9.Comment

It's APG.. and I tried dl. and installing the Omega 5.6 drivers and setting it to 4x apg and it works now but it' really slow and choppy on all settings Low.. do I need a new and better card to be able to play this game without lag..Comment

5.6 have probs, use Catalyst 5.5 and u dont have to dl the control center...Comment

Make sure your cache is set to 1024, I had the same probs with a 9200, and a 9250, got them both working, but had to keep the ingame graphics set on low.. u can change the distant sttings 2 100% tho.Comment

He told me to tell all he fixed it and thanks to all for their help..
He Installed Omega 5.6's, set apg to 4x and un-installed Catalyst Control Center.. works fine on mostly Low settings with 4 Meduims, 1240X 980 (whatever it is..) and draw distance at 100%Comment
