I saw this the other day and took great pleasure in breaking up their little party. It's easy to do if you sneak up on them and just shoot the member(s) of the opposing team. That way you don't get any TK's but you take away their play-toy. Lather, rinse, repeat. After hunting down the offenders 3 times they left the server.

Today I found some stat exploiters while I was commander.

2 enemies and 1 friendly exploiting in the middle of nowhere. So I drop artillery on them and receive no tks b/c the friendly was already knifed haha.

Also, they kept meeting at this one spot, so when the enemies were alone and waiting for the friendly to get over, I'd arty the enemies and make em drive all teh way over there again.

for all the people who successfully defeat and destroy the statexploiters little game I commend you and hope we see many more exploiters to torture.
