Were peoples stats not tracked between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am EST? I was wondering because it has been about half an hour and they haven't been updated. Also 95% of the people in game had a recruit tag beside their name.

I had to get the Distinguished Service ribbon 4 times before it saved.
I've lost thousands of points for some reason, just didn't save them.
Lost the veteran knife badge 3 times, still don't have it.Comment
