The game will not run for you as your rig/PC/sys has lower than required specifications...

Sorry to bring bad news but.....
You need at "least", another vid card, (supported by BF2) and more RAM.

            RAM: 512 Mb
Video Card: NVidia GeForce FX 5700, ATI Radeon 8500 or ATI Radeon 9500
            with 128 Mb of RAM

            AMD Athlon 64-FX
            AMD Sempron processor

If this comes across as being patronising it's not meant to be m8 I'm trying to give you advice as i see it.

You are in need of some seriously good advice Poppintaco, not that mine will be of any use to you but...... go to your local PC parts specialist a small shop with plenty of customers at the weekend (not a place like PC World Tandy etc),
And / or a good reputable online parts specialists go to there forums read stickies and post with the information.... how much you wish to spend, what you wish the PC to do for you in the short and long term etc.

Saying that you just want BF2 to run for you, on your rig is fair enough, but it seems that you are unaware that the game will only run under specific specifications of hardware, a 9200 is not listed as being supported by the game and therefore the game will not run, if you buy a 9200.

As Lt. Falco says people run BF2 with a 9800 pro but not necessarily well or with high settings.. normally at low to medium. (Not much eye candy)
You will defiantly need a total as EA says of at least 512 ram but would benefit greatly from you getting 1GB of RAM.

If i were you, consider a new build pc without a monitor that will come with a 9800 or higher grade vid card and at least 512 or 1gb of RAM.
