I think there should be a priority level when the server swaps players to balance teams.
First picked should be those not in squads. Randoms and loners don't have such a vested interest in being in a side
Next would be squad members
Last would be commander.
The thing that bothers me about it is that I play at a LAN centre a lot, and my squad is often the people sitting next to me and that's the way I like it. Saves annoying VOIP, and leaves you to play with ppl you want to.
Loners have no such claim, IMO. they have less to lose, and if they really don't want to get switched they can join a squad and learn teamplay.
Ideally, if one side is down a couple players, the server can balance it by swapping whole squads, as their numbers vary, and I think most people want their squads intact.
