    1.02v=no servers

    I've noticed that when I click on the internet filter and click same version, 1.02, I don't get many servers. However when I unclick the same version filter I get alot of servers. I heard that the 1.02 patch has a memory leak. I don't know what that means but it doesn't sound good. Is that why people are resorting to the previous version? Or are there other reasons also.

    1.01 has a memory leak. No one else has a problem, it's just you I'm afraid.

        Filtered to Ranked, Small/Medium maps, Populated, PunkBuster. I get around 800/900. Still 200/300 more than I got with 1.01. So I suppose the problem is limited to you.

          I dont have a problem someone just said that there was some memory leak thingy with the new patch so many servers are going back to 1.01. I was just curious.

            1.01 had a memory leak, which caused many people to go back to 1.0.
            1.02 fixed the memory leak.

              Use an external server browser like Qtracker, you'll find more servers to play on and be able to sort by "average ping" which is a much better indicator of how smooth you connection will be in game.

              Dice can't program a server browser for ****, maybe the 1.03 patch will help, having favorites and all, till then I'm using Qtracker.
