Lower Ranks taken Commander postition even if im a Higher Rank

OK, When map starts i usually apply for commander right away when it starts. Their has been some people (hondo1188) is one of them, that can take Commander position bump me out with lower ranks. I have been bumped out from privates to lance corporals. So this guy hondo1188 is corporal but only has 11,000 points he said. I have 20,000. Is this a cheat or bug?

i thought it was ure overall rank..but i could easily see it being your commander rank..

WRONG! they werent. But i check and only thing higher was his commander time and points, so that is what considered to be higher rank which is BS.
