Help Me Pick A Weapon

I ussually play support, but have been playing spec and medic lately, so I am torn on what my first unlock should be. please give me your opinons and responses to weapons that you have unlocked.

I wouldn't bother with the medic unlock. I got it a while ago and I still use the default weapons more often than not. I'll use it over the m16, but that's it.

Thanks for all the input. I went with the PKM, I used it last night and I was blasting people from a good distance in 1-2 round bursts. Great weapon.
