Attaching C4 / Anti Tank Mines to yourself..

Well, i was playing with a couple buddies on fushe pass (i think, the foggy one)


My buddy yells at me over TS and says "check it out, look what i did with an Anti Tank Mine"

I was in an apc, i looked at him and could not see anything un-normal.

I told him to come closer so i could see better, and when he ran closer the Red Skull (mine near) symbol popped up on my screen. And when he ran away the red skull would dissapear...

I asked how he did it. He showed me, but he couldnt seem to do it again. Here is what he did:

He would sprint forward, Jump, And throw a mine as straight into the air as he could. then keep runnig forward and it would land on him and stick to him. It could not be seen by other players however, but the server would register that the mine is there.


I then ran him over (for testing pourposes) and the APC blew up...


I don't know if any of you will be able to reproduce this, but it would be very interesting if some1 got this skill set and was doing suicide runs to un-suspecting apc/tank/buggy drivers...

I Wonder if you Run over a teamate with a mine attached to them if you get a teamkill point, as well as the person you ran over getting a TK point.

I know that I have tried to attach C4 to buddies (who were willing...) but the C4 just flew through them and didn't attach.
It would be rather cool though. Hey, its a precision guided munition at that point.

Just get a freind and load each other up wiht mines. Run in front of and ACP and BOOM! the best part it that its not a suicide cause the computer credits the other guy for running you over. This works wonders and you will never get run over again

CAUITON: you cannot get in a vehicle with your self booby trapped like this. You will kill the driver and he will probiably punish! :evil:

hi all hey dayton i was the one who did that but i did it a bit different ly i went against a wal and threw the mine and it landed on me and it stuck it showed me with a mine like this
