Last night, full blackhawk whore squad sideswiped me--i was in cobra, but somehow I got all the teamkills, and all of those guys punished. Instant kickban, obviously.

I think this is a case where we can sacrifice realism in favor of fun.

I'll tell you what I am sick of here i am are in CQC and my team mate run through and you get the T/K. Then He punishes. I said I was sorry, but I swear he has punish set to his right mouse button.

It is just so frustrating to get tk kickbanned when I'm actively *avoiding* giving tks. Is how I end up 'quitting' most evenings, honestly.

Between inadvertant collisions, roadkills on the helo pad, and lame gunners who jump out in the middle of a turn, I end up with quite a few opportunities to be tk punished that were entirely blameless.
