So i just came from playing, i got 50 commander points in a round at Strike At Karkland. It didn't say i got the badge (needs 40 commander points). But thats normal since it was calculated in the end of the round. So i kept playing one more round. Then i went to Bf2s.com and there was no Basic Command badge!

I second that. I got it when my total score was 82 (41x2) as commander.
