BFHQ problems

first i couldnt log into the game, then when i finally got in i played 2 quick rounds, got a bronze medal and the infantry officer ribbon (which i recieved yesterday and didnt appear in bfhq) plus around 50 or 60 points. then when i looked in bfhq nothing had moved. im still where i was yesterday. then to top it off the game crashed when i tried to enter another server.

has anyone else not recieved awards/points? how can i fix this if it keeps happening

It take a while for BFHQ to update sometimes, although it's always updated quickly for me.

I'm having problems too. My score was 1029, then it jumped to 1050, then back to 1029. As far as I've read 1000 points gets lance corporal but I couldn't recieve it... then a few minutes later I got it in a game but BFHQ simply wont update. :evil:

yeah some people are having problems with BFHQ for some reason.

Maybe it has to do with how the servers are connected to EA?
I've noticed that when I play on any of the official EA servers my stats seems to update almost immediately. But when I'm on other ranked servers it can take up to 12 hours or more before my stats are updated.

Today I got the Combat Action Ribbon,the Infantry Officer Ribbon,the Crew Service Ribbon , the expert pistol badge and a silver star and they have not yet been recorded if they don't i'm gona be really mad..
