Perfect weapon against cheating: Battlerecorder!

When you think there was a cheater in your game, you can simply download the recorded demo-file and verify if things are played honestly.
If you see something that's not right just send the demo-file to an EA/DICE rep. and tell them when and were it happened.

This would be great wouldnt it?

BUT ON ALL RANKED SERVERS I PLAYED ON IT'S NOT WORKING OR IT'S NOT SETUP RIGHT!!

So please server admins. PLEASE take a look at this.

Also i really think that it should be a requirement to run a ranked server to make the recorded demo-files available for us.

It would save a lot of discussions about haxors and cheators.

Also WHY is this recording only done on the server?

Why cant it be done on the client side?

And before you guys tell me that i should use fraps:

Fraps only records what you see. I want to be able to see those lame stat padders in a secret corner of the map.

Yeah. I'm guessing that's why most servers don't run BR. Too many resources used. Same as VOIP I guess.
