C4 is awesome stuff....the best tactic is going behind enemy lines to their airbase...plant some C4 on a jet or chopper..let it take off a bit then blow it out of the sky.....Have a supply crate nearby...rinse..repeat.

I laugh when I pull off a JJ successfully and then some dummy on my team says, "Zap, wtf are you retarded or something?" No, dumb***, I just got 4 kills and 1 suicide. What did you do in the last 30 seconds?

I usually like to strap C4 in the jet exhaust, 2 of them do the trick. Wait for the pilot to take off, get just a bit airborne and BOOM!

Man do they get pissed. Oh well, war is hell :)

I've been doing a bit of suicide mining too. Mine behind him, then "Heroicly" jump in front of a tank, drop mines, chances are, the tank will mostl ikely run you over anyways... If he thinks you laid mines, he'll most likely panic, reverse, and hit a mine anyways. Just remember to respawn and disable those mines after before some team mate decides to roll over em.

When playing this morning, I encountered this tactic for the first time. I was playing in the Tank alot on the Dalian Plat map, and one guy kept taking me out. He killed me 3 times for every 1 time I got him. He was very good at it. When you are in a tank and you see a buggy coming at you weaving back and forth, you have 1 maybe two shots to get him before he gets close enough to kill you. Pretty much the only thing you can do is hit reverse and try to hit him with your machine gun.

I have to admit that I would like to try this out as it is very effective in destroying the enemy, and a good way to earn points. I play engineer almost exclusively, but seeing the effectiveness of the C4 buggy has me thinking about playing special ops more.

As for those who will complain that the C4 buggy will change the game, I will disagree. As more people begin to do this, opponents will change thier tactics accordingly. Even though this guy was owning me today, it was helping me to be more accurate in the tank. As buggy guys continue to use this tactic, the enemy will compensate through improved skills.

when i'm spec op my standard procedure for driving is

1. put 2 c4 on the exterior of my vehical

2. get in

3. do my normal duty

4. drive into a heavily defended base and shoot anything i see

5. ignore damage warning

6. according to "basic laws of physics in bf2" c4 blow up when your vehical blow

C4 buggy and and artillery combo are great. If there on base that you team cannot see to take out artillery in and right after drive a c4 buggin into it. Or better yet drive the buggy 1st. Then every ine will get out of the vehicles and when artillery comes....

So far i've never tried driving a suicide buggy. Sounds like fun!

As for the complaints that this might change the game, I don't think it will. You can still kill the driver while he is still driving. All you need is good aim and a little luck to stop him from blowing you up.

Some might say that c4 is a bit too effective vs. armor. :-) Most of those would probably be people who really would like an effective AT kit.

um...why the hell is it called "suicide" jeep when you jump at the last second thus SAVING your life and killing the enemy?

Most people just drive and never get out, the C4 automatically blows when vehicle blows.

I am quite good in the Jihad Jeep... Load C4 on the front of it and drive off, right into the enemy. Sometimes you won't explode, so just keep driving forward and they'll shoot you blowing oyu up... Make sure to use the US jeep because it goes faster...

hehe i did that alot one map, its doesnt really turn the tide of battle.. the tank respawns as fast as the FAV. So only thing you get is everyone looking out for FAV's hehe. Best defense is to go in reverse and use your machine gun and aim for the driver.
i remeber one guy trying over and over and each time he would die and the buggy would skid to a stop and just tap my tank. It was so funny because he got massily fustrated and typed that he was going to try over and over till he killed me. So what did i do? park my tank placed a whole bunch of mines in front, backed up a bit, then he came flying at me hit my mines and exploded hehe :)

In gulf of oman be a spec op plant some C4 around flag and stay inside one of the outpost tower, then when the enemy comes, let the fun begin...
