Bombs away...

I can never seem to time my bombs accurately when flying the jets, can someone please explain what needs to be where on the hud, etc?

fly low, like 20-30ft on altitude

on the US jets, aim with the top of the line

MEC and china take a bit more practise, its ABOUT half way down the line so you wont get it perfect each time

I advise dive bomb. like that, you evitate most AA fire, and your about 100% accurate on area bombing. you also gain a lot of speed, so you can get out of ther even faster. And, dont go at 20-30 altitude (wich is calculated in meters, not in feets), its better at like 50, since you can literally kill yourself with your bombs if you dont pull up fast enough .it cant happen at 50 meters. ytou can get hust, but you cant kill yourself

Just practice for a few minutes going by feel. Seriously, like 30 minutes of flying around without worrying about SAMS and other planes just focusing on how to bomb accurately will make alot of difference. You can worry about how to escape those other problems later.

Once you aquire the feel of it, bombing is really easy. It's easier for some people figuring out which trajectory to bomb at than it is for others. Switching to reverse view after you bomb to see where your bombs land is a good idea too.

what exactly do you mean by 'top of the line' . i dont understand. what line? the only lines i see when in bombing mode are the horizontal one that tells you where the ground it, and the vertical one which tells you your tilt. im having problems with the bombs as well, get kills few and far between, despite trying to drop the payload at different times. i usually fly low to the ground, and i end up missing every time. usually wait maybe1/2 second or till im right on top of the target, and i always miss. its god damn frustrating cause i keep practicing and i cant hit ****

By far the easiest and most effective tactic is dive bombing as mentioned above. You can come in out of radar hit them and leave. If you are diving at a 70-90 degree angle than you really dont have to worry about anything, just put your target in the jets circle crosshair. If you are coming in at a lesser angle than drop bombs when the crosshair is in front of your target because now the bombs are gonna still have some forward flight time. Hope that helps

I dive bomb in the fighters.

In the bombers, I just fly at about 100 feet and let them go just below the crosshairs. Works fine. The bombs will land along that line between the crosshairs and the u shaped curve at the bottom.
