Can't Uninstall..Help!

When I click Remove on Add/remove programs list for BF2, I get this error:



Does anyone know how to get passed this? I need to reinstall my game and im not too good with computers =[

Delete the folder where BF2 was installed.

Delete or move the Battlefield 2 folder in My Documents, it has you keyboard and video settings etc. Best is probaly to delete to start from fresh install.

Open registy database with regedit.exe and find and delete the keys listed in BOLD below, and thus all settings they contain.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DICE\Battlefield 2(TM)]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\{04858915-9F49-4B2A-AED4-DC49A7DE6A7B}]

Then reinstall and patch with the '1.02' patch/hotfix
