Basic Knife Combate/Veteran Knife Combat

I was in a public server knifing it up and earned my Basic Knife Badge, but I earned my Veteran Knife Badge at the same time. When I went back to check my stats I only have my Veteran Knife Badge and no Basic Knife Badge. Anybody else have this problem?

this is because your veteran badge overwrote your basic badge, like it should :)

Because Vetern knife combat takes over the space of the Basic Knife Combat.

All the higher badges take over the place of the lower one. Just like everyone else here said it.

why do you want a cheap basic thing, when you have a veteran badge to show?

Sorry for the slight bump but I think it's suppost to show bolth of them (if you get them at different times anyway).

For me, at bf2s.com I can see the awards Basic Knife Combat, Veteran Knife Combat, Expert Knife Combat, Basic Pistol Combatl, and Veteran Pistol Combat (gotten at different times).

That's weird how you have one of each. It must be because I got both at the same exact time. But HOW did I get them at the same time on the same kill? It takes I think 7 knives for Bronze, and 10 for Silver. How do I get both on the same kill?

You need 7 kills for each, but 50 global knife kills for veteran.

It took me 70 global kills, not 50, to get the veteran badge.

lol I have a 6800GT but I was testing some graphics settings so that picture is with everything on LOW at 1115X864.

"You need 7 kills for each, but 50 global knife kills for veteran."
That explains it then. I had over 50 knives but I didn't have 7 kills in one round. And when I finally got them, I already had 50+ so I recieved both.

If you get both badges at the same time only the Veteran will be displayed. If you get each indivdually both will be displayed:

I get my Basic/Veteran Pistol at the same time and only the Veteran one is displayed. I get my Basic/Veteran Knife at different times so both are displayed. I hope this is fixed.
