so many questions here.... please help

Ok... i havea few questions, if somebody can answer 1 of each with a post i will love you guys....
#1. Is there a website where you can see all the things you need to do to earn a ribbon or award?
#2. Question for Snipers... is there a guide becasue it seams different from Desert combat in battlefield desert combat... Example--> if a target is standing up from far away.... and he's not moving... do you aim above him so if th bullet down drops it hits him?
#3... Does ranking up work by only score?


P.S. I was searchinga ll over the forum could not find these 3 questions,
And i think this was the best place to post it because i could not find anyother area...
