Those points that you've mentioned are such things that can happen to you when you are in any vehicle. Anyways, don't want to start an argument here, I'll just say that I still stand by my point that China is not underpowered.

Spec ops gun gets no scope.

Attack Helicopter has no advantage over US (or MEC) chopper while having a couple minor disadvantages (less maneuverable and a little easier for people to hit).

If we're talking China vs. MEC, chinese engineer gun is single-shot instead of auto.

Someone should post the game data for the 3 APCs but it has been my experience that the Chinese is the least dangerous of the three for any and all targets.

Chinese LMG doesn't hit nearly as hard as MEC, doesn't have ROF and magazine of SAW.

Some people have complained about the Type-88 being less accurate than the SVD, I'm not too sure though.

So, there's a list of several known and/or percieved deficiencies as regards the Chinese weapons, for which the balancing 'strength' being is airpower which is not always present. As for why they still win rounds, it is because the deficiencies are slight, rather than drastic, and as such are more annoying than debilitating.
